Looking for most original idea for film depicting cooperation between people of Serbia and China

Following the visit of the state delegation to China, where several agreements on the construction of infrastructural projects in Serbia were signed, the cooperation between the two countries should, according to all, find its way to the world of film as well.

The Film Center of Serbia has opened a contest for an original idea for the realization of a feature-length film project depicting the ties between the people of Serbia and China. The aim is to enhance the cooperation in cinematography, foster and deepen the ties between the Republic of Serbia and the People’s Republic of China and to link the two cultures.

The contest is open until June 18, and the three selected projects will be forwarded to the competent institutions of the People’s Republic of China for further review. Once the feedback has been received, steps towards realizing the selected projects will be taken.

The selection is to be made by a committee appointed by the Film Center of Serbia.
