Palladio paid EUR 100,000 for Cimos and provided an additional EUR 18.3 million of capital, to be partly used for modernizing the production and partly to repay a part of Cimos’ debts.
A large part of Cimos’ liabilities towards banks will also be repaid by the end of May.
Later in May, Palladio will provide an additional injection of fresh capital of EUR 15 million to Cimos, the Slovenian Bank Assets Management Company (BAMC), which coordinates privatizations, reported.
Cimos employs around 4,000 people in Slovenia, Croatia, B&H and Serbia.
