Energoprojekt GM postponed for June 16 due to lack of quorum

The General Meeting of Energoprojekt, initially scheduled for today, June 8, was not held due to the lack of a quorum. The session will be held on June 16.

Vladimir Milovanovic, CEO of Energoprojekt, said for Tanjug that each share meant one vote and that the quorum requires 50% of shares issued, whereas a third of the shares issued will be required for the repeated session.

The General Meeting, as the media report, will show whether the president of the construction company Napred, Dobrosav Bojovic, has secured enough votes to change the management and take over Energoprojekt.

The state is the biggest individual shareholder with a 33.58% stake.
