"Home Art&Sales Services" to take over remaining 27.14% of stocks of "Centrotekstil"

Swiss company "Home Art and Sales Services", owned by Filip Zeptera, announced the bid today (June 27, 2008) for takeover of remaining 27.14% of stocks of trade company "Centrotekstil" for 8.7m EUR.

Zepter's company, which bought 70% of stocks "Centrotekstil" in April 2007 for 18.9m EUR, offered the price of 19.49 EUR per stock for the remaining 448,727 stocks of the Belgrade trade company.

The offer for takeover of stocks will be opened prior to July 17, 2008.

According to the data provided by the Central Securities Registry, 72.86% of stocks of "Centrotekstil" are owned by "Home Art and Sales Services", 12.57% belong to Privatization Registry, while the minor stockholders possess remaining 14.57%.

Market value of the company on the Belgrade Stock Exchange reached 2.45 billion RSd (30.8m EUR), and the price per stock on June 26 amounted to 1,485 RSD (18.6 EUR).
