Apartments in University Village for sale starting from July 1st
The
sale of 1,858 apartments in University village "Belville" will commence on July 1st
and the price per square meter will be announced on the same date by the representatives
of company "Block 67 Associates".
In the housing
project, which is being built for the needs of Universiade that will be held in Belgrade in 2009, total of seven ten-storey facilities
and seven 13-storey facilities are under construction.
In addition to 1,858
apartments, there will be over 31,000 square meters of office space, 333
outlets on the ground floor of the buildings and about 2,500 garages (outdoor
parking places, underground garages) in the housing project.
During the
Universiade, "Belville" will host about 11,000 sportsmen from about 170 countries
and, following the end of that sports contest, regular tenants will be free to
move in.
The housing project, which occupies about 250,000 square meters, will
function as a residential-business complex with 14 residential and two business
buildings after the Universiade.
The sale of apartments, which should commence on July 1st, will be carried out in the sales pavilion, which includes one two-room apartment, especially made for the needs of sale, and it is furnished with the same material (windows, doors, parquet floor) that will be used in other apartments in "Belville".
REsidential buildings in the University village will contain apartments of various structure: 131 0.5-room apartments, 383 one-room apartments, 144 1.5-room apartments, 714 two-room apartments, 304 three-room apartments, 78 3.5-room apartments and 104 four-room apartments.
Total value of the residential-business complex "Belville" is about 230m EUR. According to the plan, this housing project will be rich with green surfaces and areas for kids and older people.
