Agrokor announces sale of six companies

Concern explained that 143 companies where it has a stake divided into four categories – retail, food production, agriculture and Agrokor Portfolio Holdings (APH).

Retail category comprises 26 entities, including Konzum and Mercator, food production comprise 32 entities including Ledo, Dijamant and Jamnicu, agriculture has 17 entities while the fourth category contains 68 entities which do not fit into any category.

Six companies for which legal and commercial deep analyses has been in progress belong to group of 26 operational companies.
