Filip Jorgacevic, a young businessman from Slovenia, born in the Vucjanka area village of Zabljane, has bought the facility, a former hotel, at the entrance to the Vucjanka Canyon near Leskovac, but also a two-floor building in the town's center, built by industrialist Laza Teokarovic and still in a decent condition.

The ruined hotel at the foot of the picturesque canyon, across from the old hydropower plant and next to the newly established bathing area on the Vucjanka, is to be renovated and brought to its former glory by Jorgacevic. In addition to a luxurious restaurant, it will feature hotel rooms, which this attractive area used to lack, and which will make the atmosphere of the place, now only lacking a good and safe road from Vucje to the canyon, more complete.

The facility used to be owned by HUP Balkan and Elektrodistribucija Leskovac, and it used to have a private owner for a while, who named it Orlovo Gnezdo (Eagle's Nest).

As for the two-floor building in the center of the town, which currently houses the Orion market, among other things, Jorgacevic will turn it into a brewery, where beer will be manufactured on the spot, as in Czech breweries. It will also feature accompanying content.
