Minority package of "Hinoma" for sale on auction on July 22

The Share Fund of Serbia will offer the package of 38.3% of stocks of chemical industry "Hinom" for sale on July 22 on the Belgrade Stock Exchange.

According to the tender, total of 13,848 stocks will be offered for sale on the auction at starting price of 250 RSD per piece, that is, at total price of 3.46m RSD.

According to the data provided by the Central Securities Registry, 61.96% of stocks of "Hinom" are the property of minor stockholders, the Share Fund owns 28.64% of stocks, while the Pension and Disability Insurance Fund has 9.39% of capital.

"Hinom" registered loss worth 15m RSD in 2006.
