Government of Serbia adopted draft Law on assertion of SAA and energy agreement with Russia - drafts forwarded to Parliament

Government of Serbia has adopted the draft Law on assertion of SAA and the energy agreement with Russia and forwarded these drafts to the Parliament.

According to the announcement, the Government of Serbia has also determined the Draft law on assertion of Transient agreement on trade and trade issue between European community and Serbia.

Also, several draft laws that regulate financial relations between Serbia and international institutions and concern the withdrawal of funds required for realization of key projects in field of infrastructure and agriculture have been adopted.

The Government has formed a task force to run negotiations with company "Gazpromneft" about contract on sale and development of Petroleum Industry of Serbia in Novi Sad.

The leader of that task force, which is authorized to take actions related to definition and specification of contract terms in association with the Prime Minister, will be the Deputy Prime Minister of Serbia and Minister of Economy Mlađan Dinkić.


President of the Assembly of Serbia, Slavica Đukić-Dejanović, said earlier that the Parliament could ratify the Stabilization and Association Agreement and the energy agreement with Russian Federation by the middle of the following week if the Government of Serbia returned them to the Parliamentary procedure
