NIS Petrol and "Mercedes Benz Serbia" to sign protocol on long-term strategic cooperation on July 11

The Executive Manager of NIS "Petrol", Gordana Grubić, and the CEO of "Mercedes Benz Serbia", Stavros Paraskevaides, will sign the protocol on long-term strategic cooperation between the two companies tomorrow (July 11, 2008), for the second time.

According to that protocol, NIS "Petrol" guarantees the quality of euro-diesel fuel at its gas stations, on the basis of which "Mercedes Benz Serbia" is able to provide guarantees for vehicles within the warranty period.

In addition to control and guarantee of quality, NIS also provides material guarantee for all users of fuel since it defined the precise reclamation procedure in association with "Mercedes Benz".

That procedure involves the joint committee that determines all the facts and, in case they decide that the quality of fuel is a possible cause for the engine malfunction, NIS "Petrol" is to provide material compensation.

In the following period, NIS "Petrol" is willing to meet all demands of "Mercedes Benz" concerning the quality of euro-diesel. At the initiative of “Mercedes Benz”, NIS Petrol has also introduced additive “AdBlue”, which is necessary for the recent generations of engines.
