Alabbar announces moving in of first residents of Belgrade Waterfront by spring 2018

The first two buildings currently being raised on the Belgrade Waterfront construction site will get their first residents by the spring of 2018 at the latest, as announced by Mohamed Alabbar, chairman of the Managing Board of Eagle Hills, the company which is financing the project.

– We have initiated construction works on raising BW Vista and BW Parkview, and the residents will start moving in BW Residences by next spring – the Arabian investor announces in an exclusive interview for Tanjug.

He added that the Belgrade Tower, which is being built on the Sava Promenade, will be home to one of the most prestigious hotel brands in the world – St. Regis, and that its fortieth floor would feature a lookout, providing a view to Belgrade.
