Uniprom owner, Veselin Pejovic, founds Crna Gora Airways

The owner of Uniprom, Veselin Pejovic, has founded Crna Gora Airways, aiming to use the capacities of his hotels Tara, Budva and Ziya to the full extent.

According to the data from the central register of business entities, Pejovic registered the airline on May 30 and owns 51% of its assets. His partners in the company come from Iran, namely, Alireza Atashzereh and Mohammad Kadivar, who own a 24.5% stake each. The company is registered for air transport of passengers and has a total capital of one euro.

Atashzereh, who has years of experience in air transport, will be the company's CEO. According to the Podgorica media, Iran has been recognized as a potentially interesting market, and the newly founded company will facilitate visits from the state and the Middle East region.


Montenegro Airlines previously planned charter flights to Tehran.

According to Dan, Pejovic's company will be renting a 150-seat Airbus 320 at a monthly price of around 300 thousand.
