Russian company "Basic Element", owned by Oleg Deripaska, is not going to answer the invitation for strategic partnership with the state in Mining Smelter Basin (RTB) "Bor".

- "Basic Element" is not going to answer the invitation - said the PR Manager in the Resource Sector in "Basic Element", Jelena Rolins. According to her words, such decision of the Russian company, of which daughter-company SMR was the second-ranked bidder on the second tender for privatization of RTB "Bor", has nothing to do with the tender terms.

- We have already participated twice in the tenders for sale of RTB "Bor" and we have now made this decision - said Ms Rolins.
