Company "Nelt" announced bid for takeover of remaining 31.24% of stocks of "Omnikomerca" for 19m RSD

Company "Nelt" has announced the bid for takeover of remaining 31.24% of stocks of "Omnikomerca" for 19m RSD.

"Nelt" has the intention to take over 27,128 stocks at price of 700 RSD per stocks and, this, become the only owner of that company.

Company "Nelt" in Belgrade, which deals with distribution of products, already owns 59,701 stocks, that is, 68.75% of property in company "Omnikomerc".

The market price of stocks of trade company "Omnikomerc", of which basic field of work is sale of motor vehicles, amounted to 400 RSD, which is also the average pondered price in the last three months.

That company registered incomes in amount of 9.1m RSD in 2007, while the expenses amounted to 10.9m RSD.
