Half-year gross profit of Energoprojekt amounts to EUR 6.7 million

Two days before the completion of the takeover bid, the management of Energorpojekt Holding issued the report on the company’s business results from the first six months of 2017.

Energoprojekt Holding had consolidated revenues of EUR 154 million in the January-June period, 8% more than planned, and a gross profit of EUR 6.7 million, 33% more than planned.

New agreements worth EUR 54.6 million were signed in the first six months, a figure lower than planned, but the management says that the second half of the year will see the contracting of projects the total value of which will probably exceed the annual plan of contracting new jobs of EUR 296.6 million.

The hostile takeover bid of RSD 1,501 per share by Napred Razvoj and related parties ends on Monday, July 31, 2017, Wisebroker reports.
