Drivers positions constantly opened in Cacak based "Autoprevoz"

After last years privatization of Cacak based "Autoprevoz", whose majority owner became Israeli company, "Kavim", drivers' job positions are constantly opened, as it is a profession in deficit, stated Andrija Stanic, the Manager.

According to his words, social program was used by 80 workers and right now they are trying for the 5th time to decrease the number of employees, before all, of administrative staff. For now, only drivers are not among excess employees.

- Old, experienced drivers who fullfilled one of the conditions for retirement, used their chance to leave, and new, young, qualified drivers are hard to be found. In their last demand, 14 candidates applied, and 7 were accepted - said Stanic.

Majority owner from Tel Avuv, who also bought traffic companies from Vranje and Novi Pazar, is preparing new investments, so Cacak citizens will get another 11 modern vehicles for inter city and outer city traffic.

Stanic announced that it was also in plan formation of a joint company "Kavim Serbia" whose head office should be in Cacak. After that, they plan to do computerization and networking for more rational undertaking of work.

He added that by the end of the year, navigation systems would be introduced, for following up of all passenger and freight vehicles. Also, ticket payment will be up dated, and the passengers will be getting them through some kind of fiscal registers.
