Potential establishment of direct air route between Belgrade and Astana

The establishment of a direct air route between Belgrade and Astana was one of the topics of the conversation between President of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic and Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Belgrade Nurbakh Rustemov.

They discussed the progress made in realizing the Kazakh-Serbian Cooperation Roadmap, signed during Vucic's visit to Astana in November 2016.

They agreed that the upcoming second session of the Intergovernmental Commission for Trade and Economic Cooperation would be an opportunity for a stimulation of cooperation in the arms industry, the chemical and pharmaceutical industry, as well as in the field of tourism.
