Belgrade Boat Carnival on September 2

The Belgrade Boat Carnival will be held on September 2 on the span between the Branko's Bridge and the Gazela Bridge, and the visitors will gather at the Sava Promenade.

This is the 13th gathering of boats, and the previous years' program was quite varied: parachutists, water-skiers, animators, illusionists, dance troupes, live shows by famous musicians and the inevitable fireworks, as well as workshops and children's playrooms.

The event aims to popularize Belgrade rivers and the Serbian capital's nautical tourism and to raise awareness of the importance of preservation of rivers and coastal areas.
