NIS to pay dividend on August 18

Naftna Industrija Srbije (NIS) announced that it would pay dividend to shareholders through the Central Securities Depository on Friday, August 18, Wisebroker reports.

As already known, this June, the GM approved a dividend of gross RSD 24.66 per share, amounting to a total of RSD 4.02 billion.

As was the case in previous years, NIS distributed 25% of last year's profit of RSD 16.08 billion. The record date is June 17, 2017.

NIS paid dividend to shareholders in 2013 for the first time, and the dividend of RSD 41.13 billion (RSD 252.25 per share) has been paid to shareholders cumulatively since, Wisebroker reports.
