Sheraton - the first hotel in Serbia opening its first hotel in Novi Sad, in Bulevar Evrope?

The portal cites information from the Sheraton’s website where, as they state, opening is announced for the fall, mentioning that it is still not possible to book accommodation.

Owner of the building at Bulevar Evrope is Miodrag Kostic, and he bought it end of last year from Vojislav Gajic. The building occupies 8.500 m2 and it was built for almost six years.

According to the latest information 021 discovered, negotiations with the hotel chain from Starwood group have been successful.

Thus, Novi Sad will become the first city in Serbia where Sheraton is coming. With more than 435 hotels worldwide, in more than 70 countries, this chain is one of the most luxurious.

The building in Novi Sad was built by Alexandar gradnja, and it meets international categorization requirements of 4+ stars. In addition to accommodation, there will also be a wellness zone with indoor swimming pool, a conference center with several multifunctional halls, an international cuisine restaurant and other additional facilities.

During 2019, Starwood is planning to open two hotels more from its group in Serbia - to St. Regis and W hotels – both in Belgrade, 021 reports.
