Dusan Ivkovic enters into Hall of Fame

The World Basketball Federation (Fiba) announced that legendary Serbian coach Dusan Ivkovic will be in the Hall of Fame as of September 30.

In the competition of 150 candidates for the Hall of Fame, six players, one coach and team were selected.

Apart from Ivkovic, the list comprised Shaquille O'Neil, Croatian basketball legend Toni Kukoc, Miki Berkovic, Valdis Valters, Pero Kameron and former Yugoslav and Bosnian-Herzegovinian national team member Razija Mujanovic.


The team that found its place at the Hall of Fame is the US team from the 1992 Olympic Games in Barcelona.

The official ceremony on the reception to the Hall of Fame will be held September 30 in Swiss Mie.
