Five bids for "Minel transformatori" from Ripanj

- Five bidders will compete on thetender for sale of manufacturer of power transformers "Mineltransformatori" from Ripanj and all of them meet the tender terms –Serbian Privatization Agency announced.

The bidders are companies "ABSMinel trafo" from Mladenovac, Italian "Transformer ElectroService", Latvian "AS Latvo", the consortium made of companies "Transenterprises" from Niš and Russian "Samarskij transformator" andthe consortium made of Russian companies "OAO Novaja ERA" and"Aurora menadžment".

The bids were opened on August 8thand the Agency is going to rank them within next 30 days.

The tender was announced on May 24, 65.16% of capital of "Minel transformatori"is offered for sale, deadline for submission of obligatory bids expired on June20th, and the auction guarantee amounted to 150,000 EUR.
