"Galeb group" as only bidder for "Zavarivač" from Vranje

Privatization Agency of Serbia has announced that the only bid on the tender for sale of 40.2% of capital of "Zavarivač" from Vranje was submitted by the consortium led by "Galeb group" from Šabac.

According to the announcement, the tender commission will evaluate the bid of the consortium, which consists of "Galeb Group", Belgrade-based "Galeb FSU", "Zimpa" from Ub, "BJN Financial" from Belgrade and 16 citizens, within 30 days.

The official results of the tender for sale of the minority package of stocks of the manufacturer of steel structures from Vranje will be announced as soon as the evaluation is finished.
