Three buyers for 8 military facilities in Herceg Novi and Podgorica, no one interested in hospital in Meljine

There were three potential buyers, so far, for eight military facilities in Herceg Novi and Podgorica, the director of Fund for Reform of the Army of SCG, Vladan Živulović, confirmed.

Potential buyers are certain lawyer’s office in Podgorica, a Belgrade-based compay and foreign investment fund.

Tender was announced last Thursday for sale of facility of fortress Donja Arza in Herceg Novi, a shaft for entrance and servicing of submarines, one old Austrian fortress in Lazina and one in Oskoruša. The sale of 10 prefabricated facilities "Brežino" in Kumbor appeared on tender once again, as well as the same number of facilities Ubojno in Herceg Novi. Three facilities with infrastructure "Zagorič" in Podgorica were also auctioned. The deadline for bids is September 5, 2005.

According to Živulović, there is still no one interested in tender for specialistic hospital in Meljine.
