How much is Verano Motors property worth? – Looking for valuer for purpose of sale of Belgrade company

The bankruptcy trustee of the company Verano Motors Export Import Belgrade has opened an invitation for the valuation of the entirety of the company's property and the valuation of the bankruptcy debtor as a legal entity for the purpose of sale.

As stated, the movable and the immovable property is located in several addresses in Belgrade, and the authorized valuers may submit their bids by October 24.

Verano Motors went into bankruptcy two years ago, after the initiation of a process over a debt of around EUR 5 million at the request of Slovenia's Factor Bank. To drivers in Serbia, Verano is known as representative and importer of Peugeot cars of many years.

Let us remind that the famous building with a heliport on its roof, on the corner of the Antifasisticke Borbe Street (formerly the Proleterske Solidarnosti Street) and the Arsenija Carnojevica Blvd in Belgrade, also known as B32 Office Park, has also bee put up for sale recently. The bankruptcy trustee Beta-23 (which is 100% owned by Verano Motors Belgrade in bankruptcy, according to the Business Registers Agency) has put the company up for sale as a legal entity, whose property includes the famous building in close proximity to the Belgrade Arena.
