French based company "Lohr" interested to take over the factory of railway vehicles "Sinvoz" in bankruptcy and their debts

French based "Lohr" company is interested to take over the debts and the factory of railway vehicles, "Sinvoz" in bankruptcy, as it was confirmed from the city department in Zrenjanin.

The judge in charge of this case, from the Commercial court in Zrenjanin, has scheduled a session on September, 24th, about the new reorganization plan submitted by the largest trustees, therefor even prior to this date, depending on the negotiations results, it could be known who would be new owner of the railway factory.

Estimated value of "Sinvoz" capital is about 970 millions RSD, and it has demands in the amount of arounf 1,2 billion RSD.
