Easier access to Serbian innovations in Far East – Center for Technology Transfer opens office in China

The growing need of the Chinese market for new technologies is an excellent opportunity for Serbian scientists. The Center for Technology Transfer of the University of Belgrade (CTT UB) announced that it had actively worked on establishing a business cooperation with China in the preceding year, and their efforts were crowned by the memorandum of understanding signed between the Chinese EU Project Innovation Centre (EUPIC) and the University of Belgrade, which marks the start of a new era for Serbian scientist.

As stated, this memorandum secures support to Serbian researchers in establishing cooperation with science and research institutions and companies in China. The first big step has already been made – CTT UB has opened an office in the high-tech industrial zone in Qingdao.

CTT UB director, Nedeljko Milosavljevic, attended the opening of the office and the signing of the memorandum which makes it easier for Serbian innovations to find their way to the Chinese economy. With support of the CTT UB team, scientists will be able to present their technologies, find partners in China and take part in the events to be organized.

This way, CTT UB enhances technology transfer with China and promotes scientific and technological achievements of the University of Belgrade, the press release adds.
