As of January 1, companies to set up online

From January 1 next year all forms of entrepreneurial shops and agencies, as companies in the form of LLC with one owner, will be able to be set up and registered electronically, directly on the website of the Business Registers Agency (APR), without submitting any paper.

- Gradually, apart from entrepreneurs and one-member limited liability companies, for which the founding procedure is at the same time the simplest one, this will be enabled for other forms of companies, and then associations, endowments, sports companies – it was announced from the Business Registers Agency.

According to the Agency data, about one thousand enterprises with one owner are founded on a monthly basis, and around 3,000 entrepreneurial shops. From the New Year should be launched another newspaper - the regional economic register.

- It is a regional economic portal of the Western Balkans. First, the Central Registry of Macedonia and the Serbian Business Registers Agency will be linked, and in the coming period, the accession of Slovenia, Croatia, Romania, Albania and Bosnia and Herzegovina is expected - Zvonko Obradovic, director of ABR said.

- In the beginning, several services will be available to users through this regional register, which will increase in time.
