Draexlmaier planning to expand facility in Zrenjanin in 2018

The German company Draexlmaier is planning to expand its facilities in 2018, Director General of the Zrenjanin facility, Michael Wagner, said on December 18 on the occasion of the celebration of 10 years of Draexlmaier's activities in Serbia.

In the Zrenjanin Industrial Zone Bagljas, the company has invested between 20 and 30 million euros, built production facilities of 34,000 square meters, and it employs over 5,000 workers. Wagner told the press that 2,000 people had been employed in 2017.

The Zrenjanin facility prepares cable sets for the automotive industry.

Draexlmaier has over 60 facilities in 20 countries, with 60,000 employees.
