New sale of Jagodinska Pivara advertised – Initial price to remain at RSD 355.5 million

Jagodinska Pivara has been put up for sale again, as there were no interested purchasers at the previous auction, held in late October 2017.

The initial price of the plant will remain the same – RSD 355.5 million – and whether it will find a new owner will be known in early February at the earliest.

The Bankruptcy Supervision Agency has scheduled the public auction for February 8.

Let us remind that the sale of Jagodinska Pivara is advertised based on the Decision on bankruptcy reached by the Commercial Court of Kragujevac, and the most important pieces of property of the bankruptcy debtor include a business complex in Jagodina, that is, 41 structures within the factory, business and storage facilities in separate locations in Nis, Krusevac and Pozarevac, the brewery's equipment and claims.

Jagodinska Pivara was founded in 1852, whereas the bankruptcy proceedings were initiated in March 2016.
