The complex Kneza Milosa Residence should soon be built in the location of the former US embassy in Belgrade. This project will give a whole new look to the 5,686-m2 parcel bordered by the Kneza Milosa, Vojvode Milenka and Sarajevska Streets, and eKapija presents some of the details of the future complex.

The public review of the Urban Project for the construction of this residential-office complex ended on Thursday, January 25, 2018.

As the document, prepared by Agnosta, states, the area of 3,398 m2 will contain seven structures (A1, A2, B, C, D, E and F).

The buildings will differ in the number of floors and each one will have underground floors.

The buildings A1, A2 and B will have entrances in the Kneza Milosa Street. In the spirit of old times, the parcel will retain the building A2, with an old facade under protection.

The architectural part is the work of the company Energogroup.

The urban project cites KMR Development Beograd as the investor.

As previously reported in the media, the plan is for the Kneza Milosa Residence complex to have 260 apartments, 500 parking spaces and over 5,000 m2 of office space, and 250 workers will be employed at the construction site.

The residential-office complex in the Kneza Milosa Street should be completed by 2019. The investor previously announced that the apartments would be sold during the construction as well, but the first purchasers will nevertheless only move in once the exploitation permit has been obtained and the property registered.
