The only two bids on tender for JRB submitted by "East point" and consortium of companies "Dunavski Lloyd Sisak" and CSNR

- Two bids have been submitted on the tender for sale of 70% of capital of Yugoslav River shipping (JRB) - Privatization Agency announced yesterday (November 5, 2008). The bids will be opened at the first meeting of the tender commission.

As "Novosti" finds out, one of the bids was submitted by Zorana Drakulić's "East point", which is interested in takeover of JRB since long time ago.

The second bid was submitted by a Croatian-French consortium made of company "Dunavski Lloyd Sisak" and French company CSNR.

This is the second tender for sale of JRB and it was announced at the end of June 2008. The first tender was cancelled in March 2008 because the first-ranked consortium of companies "Tamoza" and "Daksin" gave up procurement, as well as the second-ranked consortium of "Palmali Shiping" and "Palmali holding".
