Stocks of "Lukoil", "Titan", Veterinarian Institute Zemun and "Srbijaautoput" for sale on auction on November 28

The Share Fund of Republic of Serbia and the Privatization Agency have announced the public invitation for participation in public auctions for sale of stocks from the privatization registry of four companies - Veterinarian institute Zemun, "Lukoil-Beopetrol", "Titan cementara" from Kosjerić and "Srbijaautoput".

Total of 6.79% of capital, that is, 14,761 stocks of Veterinarian Institute Zemun, will be offered for sale at the auction at the starting price of 1,953,592.37 EUR.

The starting price for 0.52% of capital, that is, 20,357 stocks, of "Lukoil-Beopetrol" will be 14,339,972.19 EUR.

The participants in the auction will be offered 22.07% of capital, that is, 789,769 stocks, of "Titan cementara Kosjerić" at the starting price of 1,144,019,884.95 RSD.

The starting price for 1.58% of capita, that is, 4,440 stocks, of "Srbijaautoput" will be 214,720.97 EUR.
