Company "Reum GmbH" to put several units in Germany out of operation - moving of production to future factory in Svilajnac in the pipeline

Company "Reum GmbH" from the province of Baden Wittenberg, of which factory of car parts is being built in Svilajnac, intends to put several Germany-based units out of operation due to global economic crisis and to move large scope of production to Serbia.

Construction of factory of car parts "Reum" in Svilajnac started in October. The value of the investment is 10m EUR and the new factory will provide jobs for more than 300 new workers. The production will be export-oriented and the factory will be producing plastic components and automated control systems for the world's leaders in automobile industry, such as "Mercedes", "BMW", "Porsche" and "Volkswagen".
