Milan Lukić sold 33% of shares of "Keramika" Kanjiža to American company "Sacmi LLC"

Milan Lukić from Belgrade sold his company “Keramika metalkoop”, which owns 33% of shares of Kanjiža-based company, to American company “Sacmi LLC” from Washington. Lukić remains minority stockholder in “Keramika” because his other company “Metalkoop”, seated in Belgrade, has somewhat more than 10 % of stocks at its disposal. “Sacmi LLC”, which keeps business connections with Italian companies dealing with ceramic industry, is ready to offer price of 300 EUR for one stock. American company deals with production of ceramic tiles and toilet and wahing facilities and has intention to invest in our country.
