Customer Contact Association of Serbia became member of European Confederation of Customer Contact Organizations
Personally invited by the Secretary General of ECCCO, Ann-Marie Stagg, and the President of that organization, Vincent Vanden Bossche, the Customer Contact Association of Serbia (CCAS) has been admitted into this organization and got the status of the adjoined member.
ECCCO confederation gathers national associations of EU countries and promotes exchange of information, know-how, experience and EU quality standards in Customer Contact Industry.
- Membership in ECCCO represents acknowledgement of successful work of the Association, its founders and members, among which are some of the most successful companies in Serbia: Algotech, Banca Intesa, Delta Generali Insurance, Geomant, MTS, Raiffeisen bank, SAGA, Telenor, Trizma, Vip Mobile - said Bojan Jović, the Executive Director of the Association.
The Customer Contact Association of Serbia was founded to respond to the business conditions in the market of Serbia and to try to standardize operations. Its aim is to provide consulting, IT, organizational, legal and any other support to the members of the Association in development, organization and application of Call/Contact center, CRM solutions, improvement of customer relations, as well as solutions from the domain of alternative channels of communication and distribution of services.
