"Mihajlo Pupin" from Idvor on auction on January 23 - starting price of 13.3m RSD
Privatization Agency of Serbia announced that it would offer 70% of capital of agricultural company "Mihajlo Pupin" from Idvor for sale on auction on January 23, 2008, at the starting price of 13.3m RSD.
According to the website of the Agency, the buyer will be obliged to invest minimum 1.2m RSD in modernization of production in that agricultural company, while the deposit for participation in the auction amounts to 6.7m RSD.
Agricultural company "Mihajlo Pupin" owns disposes of 336 ha of land, 11 ha of which is building land, public cultivable land is at 21 ha, while about 304 ha of agricultural land is owned by the state.
The most significant property of the company includes a workshop with administrative building, pig farm and dairy.
The value of the capital that will be privatized has been estimated at 55.6m RSD.
The company currently has two employees. Total incomes in 2007 amounted to 1.65 m RSD, while the expenses were about 2.3 times larger and they amounted to 3.9m RSD.
Applications for participation in the auction can be submitted prior to January 15, 2009.
