Salaries at Vorwerk Autotec not to be under RSD 40,000 – Subcontractors to employ around 600 workers more in Cacak

The agreement between the Government of Serbia and the German company Vorwerk Autotec will define the average gross salary for employees in the amount of EUR 500, says Mayor of Cacak Milun Todorovic, as reported by Morava Info.

– Workers with university degrees will have higher salaries, but the minimum net salary will certainly be over RSD 40,000. The estimate is that no fewer than 1,200 people will be employed – the mayor emphasized.

He added that the estimate was also that at least another 600 people would be employed at the local companies, Vorwerk’s suppliers.

– There are respectable companies in Cacak that can meet all the demands of high technology. Vorwerk is known for its reliance on local partners and for buying quality products from them – Todorovic said.

According to the mayor, the equipping of the industrial zone in Preljina, where the industrial giant from Germany will be raising production halls, is in progress.
