Morgan Stanley, Intesa Sanpaolo and Privredna Banka Zagreb advisers in INA share buyout

The international consortium of Morgan Stanley, Intesa Sanpaolo and Privredna Banka Zagreb (PBZ) will act as the adviser to the Croatian government in the potential buyout of the shares of the company INA from Hungary's MOL, it was decided at the government's session in Zagreb on April 10.

The selected international consortium has been mentioned before as one of the three main favorites for this position.

The consortium consists of the world-renowned investment bank Morgan Stanley and one of the biggest Croatian banks PBZ, as well as its Italian owner – Intesa Sanpaolo.


Morgan Stanley is an American investment bank and a financial service headquartered in New York, with over 55,000 workers in 42 countries of the world. One of its main activities is the provision of business consulting services to governments worldwide.
