Global list of top 100 outsourcing companies published

The International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) has published an annual list of the best outsourcing companies in the world, Global Outsourcing 100, assembled by an independent panel of the IAOP.

The study is conducted according to a strict ranking methodology with the use of independent feedback from key accounts who have extensive experience in the selection of outsourcing providers and advisors for their organizations.

The list also includes several companies operating in Serbia, such as CBRE, Colliers International, Cushman & Wakefield, Endava, JLL, MERA, Sitel...

For the third time in a row, ICL Services, one of Russia’s largest providers of IT outsourcing services, was included in the Global Outsourcing 100 top list.
