World Bank keeps projection of growth of Serbia's GDP in 2018 at 3%

The projections remain unchanged from the World Bank's January report.
For 2020, the international creditor projects the growth of Serbian economy of 4%, which also matches the prognosis from the beginning of the year.
The Western Balkans region, according to the World Bank's projections, published on the institution's official website, will realize a growth of 3.2% this year, 0.1 percentage point down compared to the January prognosis, whereas the growth on 2019 is projected at 3.4%, which is 0.2 percentage points less than before.
In 2020, the Western Balkans is looking at a growth of 3.8%, a projection identical to that of January.
Of the countries of the region, the economy of Bosnia and Herzegovina will grow at the rate of 3.2% in 2018 and 3.4% in 2019, unchanged from the previous projection, whereas the growth in 2020 will be at 4%, which is 0.5 percentage points more than in the previous prognosis.
The projection of the growth of the GDP of Croatia has been kept at 2.6% in the current year, whereas the projection for 2019 has been lowered by 0.1 percentage points to 2.7%. The prognosis for 2020 has been lowered by 0.2 percentage points to 2.8%.
The projection for Macedonia has been lowered by 0.9 percentage points to 2.3% in 2018, by 1.2 percentage points to 2.7% in 2019 and by 1 percentage point to 3% in 2020.
The projections for Montenegro have been kept at 2.8%, 2.5% and 2.1% respectively.
