Factory of seats along with FAP?

The Mayor of Priboj, Lazar Rvović, said that he had learned from the reliable source that one of the potential buyers of FAP was very interested in takeover of Priboj-based Factory of seats for transportation means “in the package” with FAP.

Tender for privatization sale of the Priboj-based automobile factory will be closed on February 13th, and, according to unofficial information, some potentials buyers are interested in the largest truck factory in Serbia.

FAP has been the licensed partner of “Mercedes” for 25 years, while the Priboj-based factory of seats is the best and the most famous manufacturer of seats on the territory of former Yugoslavia, which kept its production capacities after the breakup of Yugoslavia.
