"Invej" wants to buy 25% of "Vital", "Bunge" USA delivers offer in 20 days

Trade company "Invej" from Zemun has announced offer for procurement of at least 25% of stocks of oil factory "Vital" from Vrbas.

"Invej" offers price of 2,2250 CSD per stock. Accounting value of the stocks of Vrbas-based oil factory is 2,217 CSD. These securities have never appeared on the stock exchange.

The offers for strategic merging with "Vital" were also delivered by "Focus Capital Partners" from Belgrade, "Swisslion-Takovo" from Vršac and company from Ukraine "Zaporožje’s factory of oil and vegetable fats ".

"Vital" confirmed that "Bunge" from USA would deliver its offer for strategic merging with that factory in 20 days.
