Darko Horvat, Croatian Minister of Economy, Entrepreneurship and Crafts, announced on Tuesday, June 26, 2018, that the European Council had included the Law on Emergency Administration in Companies of Systemic Importance for the Republic of Croatia, the so-called Lex Agrokor, in the EU acquis.

According to unofficial information, 27 of the 28 EU state representatives voted in favor of making Lex Agrokor a part of EU acquis, with Slovenia casting the only vote against. Jutarnji List has tried to get a confirmation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the European Commission and the European Parliament, but they haven't managed to get an official confirmation.
