Bonzita seeking new owner – Privatization of Fabrika Konditorskih Proizvoda Ravanica in Cuprija advertised

The Ministry of Economy has placed a public call for the privatization of Fabrika Konditorskih Proizvoda Ravanica in Cuprija, with 100% of the assets offered at the estimated value of EUR 261,000.

Let us remind that Bonzita is the factory's most well known product.

The sales documentation will be available until July 16, and applications and bids may be sent by August 10. The deposit is EUR 26,000.

As FoNet reports, Ravanica currently has 113 employees in its facilities, whereas 35 are hired per need. The production and the sale have been stabilized and the company has been prepared for the privatization. The problem is the obsolete technology and it is expected for the privatization to lead to fresh capital and investments in modern equipment for the production of confectionery.
