Telekom authorized to acquire stake in GO4YU

The Commission for Protection of Competition has announced that it has authorized the acquisition of a stake in Belgrade-based company GO4YU, owned by Dimedia Group Limited from Hong Kong, by Telekom.

The company's core activity is related to wireless communications, such as providing online telephone services and distributing media content online, in markets outside Serbia.

As the Commission reminds, Telekom has several subsidiaries in Serbia – Telus, HD-WIN, mts bank, YUNET INTERNATIONAL, mts Kosovska Mitrovica, mts Antena TV, mts sistemi i integracije Beograd.

Outside Serbia, its subsidiaries are Telekomunikacije Republike Srpske, Logosoft Sarajevo, mtel Montenegro, TS:NET B.V. in the Netherlands, mtel Austria, HD-WIN Arena Sport in Croatia.
