Victoria Logistic buys out sunflowers at RSD 28.50

Victoria Logistic, a member of Victoria Group, has determined the final price of mercantile sunflowers from the 2018 yield for agricultural cooperatives and it amounts to RSD 28.50 per kilogram, plus VAT. The price has been formed in line with referential world exchanges and market trends in the country and the region, agrosmart.net writes, as reported by Beta.

As said, Victoria Logistic will buy out the amounts of sunflower in line with their processing capacities and the plans for production and sale for the new agricultural year of Victoriaoil.

The buyout of sunflower at these prices will be carried out without VAT for cooperatives and with VAT for farmers.

The farmers within the Independent Association of Serbian Farmers are not satisfied with the final price and have said that they will react once Victoria Group makes an official announcement.

The biggest processor and purchaser of sunflower in Serbia, Victoria Logistic, owned by MK Group, announced on August 8 the guaranted price for this year’s yield, which amounted to RSD 23.60 plus VAT.
