New retail park in Gornji Milanovac as early as May 2019 – Shop Park to take up 7,000 m2 with at least 28 stores

The Shop Park will cover the gross area of 7,000 square meters and will have more than 200 parking spaces. For now, at least 28 outlets will be offered to the market. The array of products should cover all the needs of the contemporary lifestyle .

Barmilton Properties business company from Belgrade has begun the process of obtaining the construction permit for this project in Gornji Milanovac. “Shop Park” will be the brand name for the retail park development.

Through the nature of the project, the town and municipality of Gornji Milanovac, with the population of over 50,000, will join the exclusive group of Serbian towns offering a higher quality of life and services to their population and also to guests visiting specifically this business point
