Romania’s Tera Steel, which arrived to Leskovac a year ago, launched a new line for the production of thermal insulation panels with mineral wool, an investment worth EUR 6 million, on Thursday, October 11, 2018, the Day of Leskovac.

– We are working in three shifts in order to secure the export to nine countries. Around 70% of the production in Leskovac is exported to the countries in the region and Germany, which makes us one of the more important exporters in the Balkans, and the total value of our production has exceeded EUR 13 million – said Cosmin Patroiu, CEO of Tera Steel.

Mayor of Leskovac Goran Cvetanovic said that the town on the Veternica was developing successfully, becoming a pleasant place to live in and a favorable business environment, as testified by companies which are arriving to Leskovac or expanding their capacities.
