"Delta" to buy "Carnex" for 30 million EUR ?

Famous meat industry "Carnex" will get new owner once again. Former owner "Midland resources" has started negotiations on sale of "Carnex" with Delta holding.

So far, the biggest problem is much too high price set by Midland led by Russian businessman Aleksej Raskazov.

Unofficially, the asked price amounts to about 30 million EUR. By the way, holding company "Midland resources", registered in British Canarian Islands, became the majority owner of "Carnexa" 2.5 years ago when it bought stocks from the workers for about 14.5 million EUR.
